We’re excited to have you join us and to support you in reaching your fitness goals!
REFORMER studios Utrecht introduces a brand-new concept in the world of Pilates: E-reformers. You’ll be doing REFORMER Pilates with the guidance of a screen. Through video and audio, you’ll be taken step by step through the class you’ve chosen for that moment.
What to bring?
– Wear your workout clothes or bring them along. A changing room is available in the studio.
– Grip socks are mandatory. These can also be purchased from the vending machine upon entering the studio at a cost of €12.50 per pair.
– Bring your wireless headphones or earbuds. These can easily be connected to the screen.
 
 
How does the studio work?
1. Make a reservation at your preferred time via our app, REFORMER studios.

2. Upon arrival at the studio, you open the app and open the menu. You open ‘My QR code’. 15 minutes before the start of your slot, your code will be active and you will be able to open the door. Please note, this QR code is personal and may not be shared.
3. After entering the studio, select your desired Reformer and corresponding screen. You can login with your personal account.
When it is your first time in the studio, you need to create a new account. This account is not the same as our app. You can use the same email address. 
For your safety, completing the onboarding is mandatory before your first session.
Don’t forget to log off when you are finished.
4. Most importantly: Enjoy your work-out session! For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask you to clear your Reformer and props once you’re done. 
5. Each Reformer has a fan next to it. You can switch it on or off as you like. They can go up to speed 9. Again, once you’re finished, don’t forget to turn it off.
Safety within the studio
Several safety measures have been put in place inside the studio.
Here’s a short overview:
– Security cameras, for your safety and ours.
– 2 emergency buttons are available. Please use them only in case of emergency. The emergency button is connected to us and to a 24/7 security team. They will assess the situation through the cameras and determine whether emergency services need to be called. 
– An AED is located near the lockers, and a first aid kit is available.
