Our terms and conditions apply to all agreements between REFORMER studios and our customers. Below you’ll find everything about memberships, cancellations and studio rules.
Memberships renew automatically on a monthly or 4-weekly basis. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to info@reformerstudios.nl at least 30 days before the renewal date. In the event of late payment, REFORMER studios reserves the right to refuse access.
Sessions can be cancelled free of charge up to 8 hours before the start time. In the event of late cancellation or a no-show, the class is forfeited without refund. Repeated no-shows may lead to booking restrictions.
Class passes are personal and non-transferable. Unused classes expire once the validity period ends. The UNLIMITED Trial (2 weeks of unlimited training, €60) is exclusively for new customers and includes access to group classes and the E-Reformer at both studios. The trial ends automatically and does not renew.
Anti-slip Pilates socks are mandatory. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class starts. Clean the Reformer after use. No food or glass bottles. Set your phone to silent. Participation is at your own risk.
A membership can be frozen once per year for a maximum of 4 weeks. Always report injuries or medical conditions in advance. REFORMER studios is not liable for injury except in cases of wilful misconduct.
