Yes, you can freeze your membership once per year for up to 4 weeks.

Grip socks are required in the studio. Towels are available in Veenendaal. We recommend comfortable, form-fitting clothing.

Absolutely. All our group classes are suitable for all levels. Our instructors adapt every exercise to your ability.

Yes. With the UNLIMITED Trial you train unlimited for 2 weeks: group classes and E-Reformer, at both studios, for €60. New members only.
