Two studios, eight reformers in Utrecht and seven in Veenendaal, and an offer we shape around what suits you. Not a standard package, but a conversation about what works.
People who have to sort it out themselves put it off. A membership that is already arranged does not end up in a drawer.
In a small group you train side by side, each on your own reformer. That works differently from a pass everyone uses on their own, somewhere else.
Reformer Pilates asks for no experience and no conditioning, and it works on exactly what desk work wears down: back, neck, shoulders and hips.

There are no more places than that. Employees book their own classes, so colleagues decide for themselves whether to train together or each at their own time.
The same membership is valid at both studios, at no extra cost. Employees choose where to go each time.
That is more practical than it sounds. Someone who works in Utrecht but lives towards Veenendaal trains at one studio over lunch and at the other at the weekend. Anyone working from home goes to the one nearby. For a team spread across the region that saves a lot of drop-outs, because distance is usually the reason an arrangement like this quietly dies.
These do not rule each other out. What fits best depends on how many colleagues take part, when they can train and whether the company contributes.
Employees train whenever it suits them and you receive a single invoice for the whole team.
If the company would rather not contribute, this works too.
The studio and an instructor exclusively for your team, at a time we pick together.
When classes run is in the schedule.

The discount depends on two things: how many employees actually take part and whether you choose six or twelve months. It counts participants, not company size, so a large employer with four participants sits in the same band as a small one with four.
This is a guideline, not a price list. It matters whether people can train during the day, whether the team sits on one site, whether it is likely to grow and whether the company contributes. We do not reshape the schedule around corporate memberships, but if classes fill up we look at adding hours. We put the offer together per company, and a conversation always comes first.
No obligation, and we keep it to that one call. If it does not fit, we would just as soon hear that.

In the Netherlands a sports membership for employees can often be reimbursed tax-free within the free margin of the work-related costs scheme. Our invoices state VAT separately. Please confirm the treatment with your own accountant, as we are not tax advisers.
No. We agree up front which memberships you buy and how many of each. You hand those out among your employees yourselves. Upgrading is always possible, downgrading is not, the same as with our regular memberships.
They simply join. You buy extra memberships and we raise the number of times the matching code can be used. More participants means a better discount, and that applies from the next invoice.
You do not. With a company code employees pay themselves and you only handle the announcement. If the company does contribute, the discount rises further.
One invoice every four weeks, on account, for the whole package, with VAT stated separately.
Please do. A team outing is the easiest way: the studio to yourselves once, with no membership attached.
Usually the opposite. The same membership works in Utrecht and in Veenendaal, so someone who works near one studio and lives near the other can use both at no extra cost.
Tell us roughly how many colleagues would take part and when they would want to train. You get an e-mail with the information first, then one phone call. No obligation.
